I felt like the guy was jerking me around and he was a kind of shady. I researched some other companies and got a recommendation from my cousin to use Ageless. I dealt with Sherwood who was excellent and a true professional. He gave me an honest quote and showed me the work he was going to do and even got me up on the roof to point out somethings. Since I have absolutely no knowledge of chimney's, I was definitely nervous when shopping around for a chimney repair company. Luckily I came across Bobby and Sherwood at Ageless. These guys have a very personable and trustworthy approach to the business. They explain the work that needs to be done in simple terms, so I can understand.

I always recommend to my family and friends when anyone needs work on their chimney. Lucky to have found these guys! read less

The crew arrived right on time after calling in advance to confirm their arrival. Once they got here, they scoped out the problem (basically an old roof in need of repair) and declined to charge anything--even for their time. I was prepared to spend several hundred dollars to fix the problem. Having been recently scammed by an earlier chimney con artist who asked my parents to shell out more than 1k for essentially no work, we were surprised and grateful for the honesty of these guys. They were terrific -- turned up on time, showed us pictures/videos of the work that needed doing (and more pictures after they had done it), and offered good prices. Christian and Bob came back to do the work that we needed on a Saturday, and they were extremely professional and efficient, did a great job, and cleaned up after themselves. read less

Suffice to say we were lucky the safety switch was working. After being unsuccessful in contacting the individual he recommended, I asked for two estimates. Friends and experts admonished me that low prices could mean cheaper materials that can comprise more than benefit. With Ageless, I got the best of both business worlds in terms of price and quality.

Ageless was better than punctual and Keith and Bob could not have been nicer or more professional. Their price was by far much better than the national average I researched. Further, I was assured stainless steel materials would be used. This pledge was left in writing and also is featured on their website.

Without ever forcing me to make a decision with typical fearmongering or shady sales tactics, I was told they could do everything on the spot, exceeding my expectations. Given the weather was uncharacteristically warm, I confidently accepted the offer.

Keith was very patient answering any questions I had. I am impressed by professionals who do not dismiss our concerns that may seem trivial to them. In the meantime and unbeknownst to me, Bobby began to speak to my mother who is a good judge of character. She was delighted to say the least. Both representatives speak and act like gentlemen who do not take advantage of potentially vulnerable populations. Rather, they enhance your safety profile and desire to promote goodwill.

The work was meticulously neat and we were encouraged to call if any questions should arise with our boiler guy. Further, Keith and Bob did not recommend anything more than others were recommending which confirms their honesty.

I would recommend Ageless with no reservation and am very satisfied with the services rendered. read less

I just purchased a house in the Levittown area, and needed some chimney work done before the cold season hits. They arrived exactly on time as scheduled, and made sure to protect my carpets from all the dirt of the cleaning. They showed me a video of my 60 year old chimney in desperate need of a new Liner. Bobby gave me an excellent price , and made any necessary repairs to my chimney bricking. They were quick, clean and courteous. I could not have asked for a better job!! I highly recommend Ageless Chimney. I certainly will only be using these guys for my future cleaning / repair work.

After having some bad experiences (where I was overcharged and underwhelmed by the service), I turned to Yelp and found Ageless.

Sherwood came to my house promptly and was a complete professional - and extremely personable! Their prices were extremely reasonable and the work was done well. Did I also mention they rescued a family of baby birds that took up residence in my chimney?! Ha!

Not only were they punctual and courteous but they did an amazing job updating the inside and outside of my chimney. Those of you from Levittown know that these houses have been around the block and then some. After coming by to give us an estimate on a chimney cap, they noticed that the top three rows of our chimney was coming apart. With winter coming around the corner, I didn't want to waste any time getting the job done. These guys knew things were getting pretty busy as well and were able to fit us in that day. In a matter of two hours they completely re-did the masonry on our chimney, inserted a stainless steel liner, and installed an new flue and cap.

Their attention to detail while minimizing the impact to a lazy Saturday afternoon was much appreciated by me and my wife. I recommend this family owned business to anyone needing that special attention to their chimney and home. read less

From that first call to the completion of the job, the many 5 star reviews were right on -- so I'm adding one.

Joe and his assistant arrived early and got right to work, quoting me a very fair price for a full sweep. Little did he know that he would find triple the amount of soot than generally encountered.

Not only did they complete the job with no additional cost (I would have understood an upcharge for the amount of work), but Joe suggested we have the burner serviced as the amount of soot indicated to him a potential failing unit.

These guys did a great job, kept a dirty job from messing up the house -- and made a friend with my dog! They also have a loyal customer moving forward. read less

I asked around for recommendations. Friends, neighbors, & other trades that I respected had no one to recommend. I had no recourse but to go online. With much trepidation I got 3 estimates from total strangers. However, apart from the much better price of the work , I felt most comfortable with ageless chimney because they came highly rated from BBB, Angie's list & a number of other rating organizations. I truly made the right decision. Sherwood, one of the owners could not have been nicer. His crew was extremely professional & efficient. After calling multiple vendors who all basically told us that we would have to stay in this cold for two more days until the stores opened on Monday, Bob from Ageless came in as an answer to out prayers! Him and his team got to work on the chimney (which vents the air from the boiler) immediately! He understood that we couldn't just stay in the house without heat and risk bursting the water pipes, put in a temporary chimney pipe and within few hours we had heat in our house!! When the stores opened on Monday him and his team got to work with the insulated pipe and replaced the temporary chimney! The work was done professionally and quickly!
