Everything about this company was very professional beginning with the friendly receptionist in the office. She scheduled to have someone come out for an estimate a few days after my call. Someone called to confirm the appt a couple of days prior. We lost heat in our house on the record coldest day in New York (temperatures of -20F). After calling multiple vendors who all basically told us that we would have to stay in this cold for two more days until the stores opened on Monday, Bob from Ageless came in as an answer to out prayers! Him and his team got to work on the chimney (which vents the air from the boiler) immediately! He understood that we couldn't just stay in the house without heat and risk bursting the water pipes, put in a temporary chimney pipe and within few hours we had heat in our house!! When the stores opened on Monday him and his team got to work with the insulated pipe and replaced the temporary chimney! The work was done professionally and quickly! We highly recommend Bob and Ageless Chimney to everyone!!

Joe and his assistant arrived early and got right to work, quoting me a very fair price for a full sweep. Little did he know that he would find triple the amount of soot than generally encountered.

Not only did they complete the job with no additional cost (I would have understood an upcharge for the amount of work), but Joe suggested we have the burner serviced as the amount of soot indicated to him a potential failing unit.

These guys did a great job, kept a dirty job from messing up the house -- and made a friend with my dog! They also have a loyal customer moving forward.

Once they got here, they scoped out the problem (basically an old roof in need of repair) and declined to charge anything--even for their time. I was prepared to spend several hundred dollars to fix the problem. Having been recently scammed by an earlier chimney con artist who asked my parents to shell out more than 1k for essentially no work, we were surprised and grateful for the honesty of these guys. Our chimney cap blew off and the flue broke during a storm. Found ageless chimney on Yelp. They responded right away. We set a date and two men came. I think it was an owner and a helper. The owner gave an estimate and we hired him. They did the work same day. They were very professional, courteous and very clean. We submitted the claim to our insurance company. I was having a boiler installed and my boiler guy said that we need somebody to clean out the chimney before he starts the boiler up so last minute I was scrambling around trying to find somebody who could get there within the next few hours. I call these guys and they were able to come within a couple of hours and clean out my chimney but they ran into was a clogged chimney with the clay falling apart clogging my chimney so these guys are put in an insert and a cap while it was dark out. Got my boiler running cuz it was like 30 degrees out here in New York and was able to get heat that night if it wasn't for these guys I don't know what I would have done thank you guys you're the best highly recommended
