I knew i needed a liner, and was worried that the damage to my chimney would get worse the longer i waited. I was also nervous about carbon monoxide back drafting down the chimney. I never expected them to be able to even come by on the same day for an estimate. I was super surprised when they made it to my house at 3PM and had the liner in the truck ready to be installed. My wife said the work was done very fast, the employees were extremely nice and very helpful. They left my house with no mess, and very clean. I just would like to thank everyone involved in making this a super easy installation and way faster than i ever imagined. I appreciate the attention to detail, cleanliness, and quality workmanship. I cannot thank you or recommend you all enough.

I originally asked for chimney and boiler sweep but one of the guys took a look and said I didn't need the boiler sweep which id have never known. They were fast and efficient. When they went up to the roof they took pictures to show the damage I had and offered an estimate for future work. First off, I was extremely satisfied with their professionalism. I was really pleased with the fact that the owner of the company came with another contractor. Not only did he explain to the maintainence staff the services that we needed but he also explained it to myself and the other administrative staff members (there was a major repair that was needed). I was extremely satisfied with the work they did at my school so I hired them to do a roofing job on my home in addition to rebuilding my chimney. I have referred Ageless Chimney to my friends and family. I strongly feel that anyone would be crazy to hire another company. read less

They are consumate professionals. I was in need of a walkway to be built in front of my 94 year old mother's house. This was a logistical nightmare as I live 60 miles away. Communicating with Sherwood either directly or through Cheryl was easy, effective and efficient. I was offered 2 options, pavers or cement and 2 estimates for the job. We opted for the pavers which were slightly more expensive but well worth it in my opinion. Sherwood and his team were prompt, organized and did a wonderful job. They arrived exactly on time as scheduled, and made sure to protect my carpets from all the dirt of the cleaning. They showed me a video of my 60 year old chimney in desperate need of a new Liner. Bobby gave me an excellent price , and made any necessary repairs to my chimney bricking. They were quick, clean and courteous. I could not have asked for a better job!! I just moved into a new house and found out that my gas could not be turned on because there was something wrong with the chimney.

I called Ageless Chimney at 10:30 and they were here by noon. They quickly figured out the problem and actually had all of the material with them (which was a pleasant surprise since I had no idea what the issue was).

They replaced the liner in no time at all and went above and beyond to make sure my chimney was in perfect condition for years to come.

The crew arrived right on time after calling in advance to confirm their arrival. Once they got here, they scoped out the problem (basically an old roof in need of repair) and declined to charge anything--even for their time. I was prepared to spend several hundred dollars to fix the problem. Having been recently scammed by an earlier chimney con artist who asked my parents to shell out more than 1k for essentially no work, we were surprised and grateful for the honesty of these guys. Sherwood came to my house promptly and was a complete professional - and extremely personable! Their prices were extremely reasonable and the work was done well. Did I also mention they rescued a family of baby birds that took up residence in my chimney?! Ha!
