They were terrific -- turned up on time, showed us pictures/videos of the work that needed doing (and more pictures after they had done it), and offered good prices. Found ageless chimney on Yelp. They responded right away. We set a date and two men came. I think it was an owner and a helper. The owner gave an estimate and we hired him. They did the work same day. They were very professional, courteous and very clean. We submitted the claim to our insurance company. They paid everything (except the deductible) and said the price we were charged was a very fair, good price. The whole experience was easy and not stressful at all. They are consumate professionals. I was in need of a walkway to be built in front of my 94 year old mother's house. This was a logistical nightmare as I live 60 miles away. Communicating with Sherwood either directly or through Cheryl was easy, effective and efficient. I was offered 2 options, pavers or cement and 2 estimates for the job. We opted for the pavers which were slightly more expensive but well worth it in my opinion. Sherwood and his team were prompt, organized and did a wonderful job. The owner Bob came over and he has a way of making you feel comfortable. The price was almost what I had expected. Within a few weeks they had all their materials and started their work. They were neat and efficient which is what I am looking for when hiring a contractor. First off, I was extremely satisfied with their professionalism. I was really pleased with the fact that the owner of the company came with another contractor. Not only did he explain to the maintainence staff the services that we needed but he also explained it to myself and the other administrative staff members (there was a major repair that was needed). I was extremely satisfied with the work they did at my school so I hired them to do a roofing job on my home in addition to rebuilding my chimney. I have referred Ageless Chimney to my friends and family. I strongly feel that anyone would be crazy to hire another company. read less

I just purchased a house in the Levittown area, and needed some chimney work done before the cold season hits. They arrived exactly on time as scheduled, and made sure to protect my carpets from all the dirt of the cleaning. They showed me a video of my 60 year old chimney in desperate need of a new Liner. Bobby gave me an excellent price , and made any necessary repairs to my chimney bricking. They were quick, clean and courteous. I could not have asked for a better job!! I asked around for recommendations. Friends, neighbors, & other trades that I respected had no one to recommend. I had no recourse but to go online. With much trepidation I got 3 estimates from total strangers. However, apart from the much better price of the work , I felt most comfortable with ageless chimney because they came highly rated from BBB, Angie's list & a number of other rating organizations. I truly made the right decision. Sherwood, one of the owners could not have been nicer. His crew was extremely professional & efficient. He even went so far as to repair something in my boiler room that had nothing to do with the chimney ( at no cost). Great job, price & experience. I would highly recommend them. read less

I was having a boiler installed and my boiler guy said that we need somebody to clean out the chimney... read moreI was having a boiler installed and my boiler guy said that we need somebody to clean out the chimney before he starts the boiler up so last minute I was scrambling around trying to find somebody who could get there within the next few hours. I call these guys and they were able to come within a couple of hours and clean out my chimney but they ran into was a clogged chimney with the clay falling apart clogging my chimney so these guys are put in an insert and a cap while it was dark out. Got my boiler running cuz it was like 30 degrees out here in New York and was able to get heat that night if it wasn't for these guys I don't know what I would have done thank you guys you're the best highly recommended read less

The crew arrived right on time after calling in advance to confirm their arrival. Once they got here, they scoped out the problem (basically an old roof in need of repair) and declined to charge anything--even for their time. I was prepared to spend several hundred dollars to fix the problem. Having been recently scammed by an earlier chimney con artist who asked my parents to shell out more than 1k for essentially no work, we were surprised and grateful for the honesty of these guys. We will call them again if we have any more problems. read less

I just moved into a new house and found out that my gas could not be turned on because there was something wrong with the chimney.

I called Ageless Chimney at 10:30 and they were here by noon. They quickly figured out the problem and actually had all of the material with them (which was a pleasant surprise since I had no idea what the issue was).

They replaced the liner in no time at all and went above and beyond to make sure my chimney was in perfect condition for years to come.
