I just moved into a new house and found out that my gas could not be turned on because there was something wrong with the chimney.

I called Ageless Chimney at 10:30 and they were here by noon. They quickly figured out the problem and actually had all of the material with them (which was a pleasant surprise since I had no idea what the issue was).

They replaced the liner in no time at all and went above and beyond to make sure my chimney was in perfect condition for years to come.

I felt like the guy was jerking me around and he was a kind of shady. I researched some other companies and got a recommendation from my cousin to use Ageless. I dealt with Sherwood who was excellent and a true professional. He gave me an honest quote and showed me the work he was going to do and even got me up on the roof to point out somethings. Himself and partner did great work and I'm very happy with my choice. I highly recommend using Ageless Chimney. read less

Right from the phone call to the installation. The receptionist scheduled someone to come out and called me to let me know they were on there way. Bobby arrived on time, with his crew, and provided me with a full explanation of what needed to be done, what materials he uses, all the material specifications, how the chimney liner installation was to be done, cost and warranty. He was neat and clean and made sure I was satisfied throughout each step of the installation.

As an Engineer, I expect someone who is knowledgeable, experienced, affordable (within reason), and can produce good quality work. Bobby from Ageless Chimney met all those qualities and deserves this review. read less

I knew i needed a liner, and was worried that the damage to my chimney would get worse the longer i waited. I was also nervous about carbon monoxide back drafting down the chimney. I never expected them to be able to even come by on the same day for an estimate. I was super surprised when they made it to my house at 3PM and had the liner in the truck ready to be installed. My wife said the work was done very fast, the employees were extremely nice and very helpful. They left my house with no mess, and very clean. I just would like to thank everyone involved in making this a super easy installation and way faster than i ever imagined. I appreciate the attention to detail, cleanliness, and quality workmanship. I cannot thank you or recommend you all enough.

First off, I was extremely satisfied with their professionalism. I was really pleased with the fact that the owner of the company came with another contractor. Not only did he explain to the maintainence staff the services that we needed but he also explained it to myself and the other administrative staff members (there was a major repair that was needed). I was extremely satisfied with the work they did at my school so I hired them to do a roofing job on my home in addition to rebuilding my chimney. I have referred Ageless Chimney to my friends and family. I strongly feel that anyone would be crazy to hire another company. read less

Charlie and Terry showed up early (could it get any better?!) and my parents felt so comfortable with their ability to complete the work, they had them just take care of it on the spot! The crew arrived right on time after calling in advance to confirm their arrival. Once they got here, they scoped out the problem (basically an old roof in need of repair) and declined to charge anything--even for their time. I was prepared to spend several hundred dollars to fix the problem. Having been recently scammed by an earlier chimney con artist who asked my parents to shell out more than 1k for essentially no work, we were surprised and grateful for the honesty of these guys. The guys showed up and really took care of business. We had the upper portion of our chimney rebuilt and it looks amazing. Very clean job. We also had the metal chimney liner put in and now we don't have to worry about the old terra cotta lining. Bobby and the guys at Ageless Chimney are professional, knowledgeable, clean and on point. Suffice to say we were lucky the safety switch was working. After being unsuccessful in contacting the individual he recommended, I asked for two estimates. Friends and experts admonished me that low prices could mean cheaper materials that can comprise more than benefit. With Ageless, I got the best of both business worlds in terms of price and quality.

Ageless was better than punctual and Keith and Bob could not have been nicer or more professional. Their price was by far much better than the national average I researched. Further, I was assured stainless steel materials would be used. This pledge was left in writing and also is featured on their website.

Without ever forcing me to make a decision with typical fearmongering or shady sales tactics, I was told they could do everything on the spot, exceeding my expectations. Given the weather was uncharacteristically warm, I confidently accepted the offer.

Keith was very patient answering any questions I had. I am impressed by professionals who do not dismiss our concerns that may seem trivial to them. In the meantime and unbeknownst to me, Bobby began to speak to my mother who is a good judge of character. She was delighted to say the least. Both representatives speak and act like gentlemen who do not take advantage of potentially vulnerable populations. Rather, they enhance your safety profile and desire to promote goodwill.

The work was meticulously neat and we were encouraged to call if any questions should arise with our boiler guy. Further, Keith and Bob did not recommend anything more than others were recommending which confirms their honesty.

I would recommend Ageless with no reservation and am very satisfied with the services rendered. read less

From that first call to the completion of the job, the many 5 star reviews were right on -- so I'm adding one.

Joe and his assistant arrived early and got right to work, quoting me a very fair price for a full sweep. Little did he know that he would find triple the amount of soot than generally encountered.

Not only did they complete the job with no additional cost (I would have understood an upcharge for the amount of work), but Joe suggested we have the burner serviced as the amount of soot indicated to him a potential failing unit.

These guys did a great job, kept a dirty job from messing up the house -- and made a friend with my dog! They also have a loyal customer moving forward. read less

Found ageless chimney on Yelp. They responded right away. We set a date and two men came. I think it was an owner and a helper. The owner gave an estimate and we hired him. They did the work same day. They were very professional, courteous and very clean. We submitted the claim to our insurance company. They paid everything (except the deductible) and said the price we were charged was a very fair, good price. The whole experience was easy and not stressful at all. The owner Bob came over and he has a way of making you feel comfortable. The price was almost what I had expected. Within a few weeks they had all their materials and started their work. They were neat and efficient which is what I am looking for when hiring a contractor. I asked around for recommendations. Friends, neighbors, & other trades that I respected had no one to recommend. I had no recourse but to go online. With much trepidation I got 3 estimates from total strangers. However, apart from the much better price of the work , I felt most comfortable with ageless chimney because they came highly rated from BBB, Angie's list & a number of other rating organizations. I truly made the right decision. Sherwood, one of the owners could not have been nicer. His crew was extremely professional & efficient.
